Debbie Flickinger (Chief Operating Officer) joined Post in 2022, with more than 35 years of financial services experience and background in managing operations and teams. Most recently she served as chief operating officer for CenterSquare Investment Management. Prior to her time with CenterSquare, Flickinger held leadership roles at BNY Mellon, Deutsche Bank, and Merrill Lynch. She earned an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelors in finance from Pennsylvania State University. Flickinger also previously served on the board of directors for the Association of Institutional Investors.

Naomi Lynch (Deputy Chief Operating Officer) joined Post in 2017 from the University of Southern California. Prior to USC, Naomi was a Global Fixed Income Analyst at Peridiem Global Investors and Nuveen Asset Management covering currencies and local debt for developed and emerging market countries. At Peridiem she helped in implementing and supporting trading and portfolio management systems. Naomi graduated from the Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario and earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Eileen Mancera is Managing Director, Head of Sales and Marketing for Post Advisory Group who joined in 2020. She is responsible for business development and client relations. Prior to Post Advisory, Eileen was Head of Business Development for Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors. Ms. Mancera has 19 years of marketing and institutional sales experience in all alternative asset classes, credit, hedge funds and private markets. She is a current steering committee and founding member of PE WIN. She is a former board member of High Water Women and NY NASP Boards. Before joining the financial sector, Eileen spent 15 years in public service as a political fundraiser and strategist.
