Senior-Loan Strategies

We have a long history of investing in senior loans as part of our traditional high yield and short duration high yield strategies, where we believe they can be accretive to portfolio construction. In 2013, we launched our first strategy dedicated to floating-rate senior loans (with the objective of outperforming US senior loan benchmarks with below-average volatility) and later expanded into the CLO management business, where the underlying assets are principally loans.

• Senior Loan(Inception Date 2013):
  Offered in a limited partnership fund vehicle, as well as separate account format.
• CLO Management (Inception Date 2017):
  Post priced its first CLO in April 2018, and has since issued four additional CLO transactions totaling $2.0 billion in total notional outstanding.
