Jeffrey Stroll, Chief Investment Officer

Jeffrey Stroll joined Post in 2012 from Marathon Asset Management, where he was a vice president focused on distressed debt and high-yield bonds. Prior to Marathon, he worked at Oaktree Capital Management, where he analyzed and recommended investments for the firm's credit opportunities fund. Jeffrey began his career in the restructuring services group at Deloitte & Touche, where he worked on assignments advising debtors and creditors of financially distressed companies in out-of-court and Chapter 11 restructurings. Jeffrey earned a bachelor's degree in finance and entrepreneurship from the University of Arizona and an MBA in finance and strategy from Columbia Business School.

In his free time, Jeffrey enjoys supporting the Dodgers and watching Formula One with his wife and three boys. He also very much enjoys his alone time, which includes playing tennis and experimenting with different ways to smoke ribs.

David Kim, Deputy Chief Investment Officer, Post Board Member and Partner

David Kim joined Post in 2005 from Credit Suisse First Boston (formerly the Los Angeles office of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette), where he worked as a financial analyst for two years. David received a bachelor of science degree in business administration with high honors from the Walter A. Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

When David is not managing portfolios, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, playing golf and attending basketball and football games. David is also a dedicated member of Menlo Church and actively serves as a volunteer in the Menlo Kids worship program.

Kevin Farley, Managing Director, Structured Credit Portfolio Manager

Kevin Farley joined Post in 2022 from Wells Fargo Securities where he ran the CLO trading desk, with a specific focus on mezzanine and equity securities. Prior to joining Wells, Kevin built out the CLO and ABS trading desks at Citadel Securities and also was responsible for all origination in structured credit. Kevin joined Citadel from Institutional Credit Partners, which was a boutique investment bank and asset manager specialized in structured products. Kevin graduated from Rutgers College with a bachelor of science degree in finance and just finished a four-year term as board chair of the Charlotte Rescue Mission Endowment.

Outside of work, Kevin has completed nine Ironman triathlons including the world championships in Kona, Hawaii.

Schuyler Hewes, Managing Director, Portfolio Manager and Partner

Schuyler Hewes joined Post in 2012 from Apollo Investment Management, where he was a principal focusing on high-yield bonds and mezzanine securities. Prior to Apollo, Schuyler was a director at UBS, where he worked on a variety of leveraged finance, M&A and restructuring transactions. Previously, he worked as a financial analyst in the Los Angeles office of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Schuyler graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with dual bachelor's degrees from the College of Arts & Sciences and the Wharton School.

Outside of the office, Schuyler is an avid skier.

Bill Lemberg, Managing Director, Portfolio Manager

Bill Lemberg joined Post in 2017 as the CLO Portfolio Manager for Post-issued CLOs. Bill's primary responsibilities are constructing and managing the portfolios of Post's CLOs. Bill serves on the CLO investment committee. Prior to joining Post, Bill was the head of the U.S. Loan business at Alcentra, where he managed over $8 billion of senior loans (including CLOs) and was a member of the firm's U.S. investment committee. Prior to joining Alcentra, Bill was a portfolio manager, loan trader and research analyst at Hamilton Loan Asset Management, part of BNY Mellon Capital Markets. Previously, Bill worked as a product specialist and analyst in the loan underwriting and syndication group of BNY Mellon Capital Markets before being promoted to head the primary loan syndication business. Bill received a bachelor of arts degree from Columbia University and an MBA from Fordham University.

Bill is a frustrated fan of some of N.Y.'s most iconic sports teams (Rangers, Mets, Jets and Knicks).

Dan Ross, Managing Director, Portfolio Manager and Partner

Dan Ross joined Post in 2013. Prior to his time at Post, Dan spent most of his career in private equity investing, first with TPG Capital focused on large-cap buyouts, and later with Evercore Partners focused on middle-market transactions. He started his career in investment banking, working in the Los Angeles and New York offices of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Dan graduated magna cum laude with a dual degree from the University of Pennsylvania's Huntsman Program in international studies and business.

In his free time, Dan enjoys spending time with his husband and their two children. He serves on the board of trustees of the John Thomas Dye School. You can find him most weekend mornings hiking in the Hollywood Hills with his Labrador.

Iris Shin, Managing Director, Portfolio Manager and Partner

Iris Shin joined Post in 2013 from Glenview Capital Management, where she was a senior analyst focused on fixed income and special situations investing. Prior to Glenview, Iris worked as a private equity associate at Leonard Green & Partners and as a financial analyst at Credit Suisse (formerly the Los Angeles office of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette).

Although born in South Korea, Iris spent her formative years living in India with her family before moving to California to enroll at the University of California, Berkeley, where she received a bachelor's degree in business administration from the Walter A. Haas School of Business.

James Wolf, Managing Director, Portfolio Manager

James Wolf joined Post in 2019 from MacKay Shields LLC, where for 12 years he was a managing director in the high-yield group focusing on a variety of sectors including financial services and healthcare. Prior to MacKay Shields, Jim spent 17 years as a sell-side high-yield research analyst covering the financial services and healthcare sectors, most recently as managing director and the director of high-yield research at First Albany Capital, and prior to that at RBC Capital Markets, Bear Stearns, UBS Securities, and Alex Brown & Sons. He was also a founding Partner and the chief operating officer of Hygrove Partners LLC. Jim began his career in research in the equity research department of Conning & Company covering the life insurance sector, and prior to that he had been a market-maker in S&P 500 futures at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Jim earned a bachelor's degree in history from Northwestern University and an MBA in finance from the University of Rochester.

Jim has been named to the First Team of the Institutional Investor All-America Research Team for his coverage of the high-yield financial services sector.

Andrew Berg, Managing Director

Andrew Berg joined Post in 2005 after spending five years as a senior high-yield analyst at Financial Management Advisors, where he was responsible for conducting all aspects of fundamental credit analysis on existing and potential new holdings. Prior to joining the buy side, Andrew was an associate director in the high-yield research department at Bear Stearns, where he earned honors as an Institutional Investor All-American Fixed-Income Research Analyst. Prior to Bear Stearns, Andrew was an associate in the high-yield debt group at Credit Suisse First Boston. Andrew graduated cum laude with a bachelor's degree in finance from Arizona State University, and later earned an MBA from Columbia Business School.

In his free time, Andrew is an avid fisherman.

Peter Kim, Managing Director

Peter Kim joined Post in 2017 from Fort Warren Capital Management, where he was a senior investment analyst focused on high-yield and distressed investments. Prior to Fort Warren, Peter worked as a principal at restructuring boutique GLC Advisors, where he advised on financial restructurings and bankruptcies, and at GSO Capital Partners, where he was a vice president focused on high-yield, distressed, and leveraged loan investments. He began his career as a financial analyst at UBS Investment Banking, and also worked as an associate at private equity firm Monitor Clipper Partners. Peter graduated from Georgetown University with a bachelor of science degree in business administration, and a concentration in finance.

In his free time, Peter enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children and rooting for the Philadelphia Eagles.

Richard Lee, Managing Director

Richard Lee joined Post in 2008 after serving as an equity trader and foreign exchange dealer, trading currencies for ABN AMRO. Richard has owned and operated small business ventures in the retail and restaurant industries. Richard received a bachelor's degree in economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA with honors from Columbia Business School.

Richard enjoys spending his free time on the golf course when he is not travelling with his family.

Stirling Adelhelm, CFA, Director

Stirling Adelhelm joined Post in 2024 from Janus Henderson where he was a Credit Analyst focused on high-yield, leveraged loan, and investment grade bond investments. Prior to Janus Henderson, Stirling worked as an Equity Research Analyst and Fixed Income Analyst at Thornburg Investment Management. Stirling graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and holds an MBA from Wharton at University of Pennsylvania.

In his free time, Stirling enjoys skiing, running, and hiking when he is not spending time with his family.

Eric Chipin, CFA, Director

Eric Chipin joined Post in 2024 from Franklin Templeton where he was a research analyst covering high-yield and investment grade bonds for 10 years. He received his BA in Mathematics from Vanderbilt University and continued his studies at Villanova University where he earned a master of science degree in finance. Eric is a CFA charterholder since 2018.

Outside the office Eric enjoys time on the golf course, seeing live music and watching football, baseball, and basketball.

Michael Peyser , Managing Director, Senior Trader

Michael Peyser joined Post in 2012 from Bank of America in New York, where he worked for eight years as a high-yield cash/CDS flow trader. Michael received his bachelor of arts degree in political science from Johns Hopkins University.

Michael was a two-time all-American and team captain of the 2003 Johns Hopkins men's lacrosse team. He also played five seasons professionally in the major lacrosse league.

Nathan Folk, CFA Managing Director — Trading

Nathan Folk, CFA joined Post in 2012 from Western Asset Management, where he worked as a compliance trade analyst. Nathan received a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from Kent State University and earned his MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.

In his free time, Nathan enjoys golfing, camping, and visiting the national parks. He lives in Redondo Beach with his wife and three children.

TJ Settel, Client Portfolio Manager

TJ Settel joined Post in 2022. Prior to joining Post, TJ was a portfolio manager at Woody Creek Capital Management, which managed the assets of an ultra-high net worth single-family office. Prior to Woody Creek, TJ was the co-head of levered finance/portfolio manager at Western Asset Management, where he built and managed a $14 billion loan platform that included institutional, retail, and multi-sector accounts as well as CLOs. TJ also managed dedicated high-yield accounts and was a member of the firms Broad Market Strategy Committee and the Global Credit Committee. TJ earned a bachelor of science degree from Lehigh University and an MBA from New York University.

When TJ retires from the financial services industry, he aspires to become a disaster TV reporter with a focus on foul weather events.

Tadeh Karabidian, CFA, Vice President — Portfolio Analyst

Tadeh Karabidian, CFA, joined Post in 2017 from Western Asset Management, where he held various positions during his eight-year tenure. Most recently, he was a valuation analyst specializing in hard-to-price assets including illiquid debt and private equity. Tadeh graduated cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles, with a bachelor's degree in economics. Tadeh has been a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) since 2016 and volunteers regularly for the CFALA Society & the UCLA Alumni Association as a mentor.

In his free time, Tadeh is a magician member of the Academy of Magical Arts (AMA) at the exclusive Magic Castle in Hollywood.

Arthur Jermakyan, CFA, Portfolio Analyst

Arthur Jermakyan, CFA joined Post in 2022 from Ares Management, where he worked in quantitative risk & research focused on fixed income asset classes. Prior to working at Ares, Arthur attended the University of Southern California, where he graduated with a bachelor's degree in economics/mathematics and a master's degree in financial engineering. Arthur also has passed all three levels of the CFA examination.

As a fun fact, Arthur has jumped out of a plane twice.

Jeff Nusse, Vice President — CLO Portfolio Optimization Analyst

Jeff Nusse joined Post in 2017 and is responsible for portfolio management of Post-managed CLOs as well as third-party CLO investing. Prior to joining, he worked as a CLO product specialist at New York Life Investors where he was focused primarily on the performance and oversight of managed CLO vehicles. Previously, he worked as a junior loan trader also at New York Life Investors, where he held a variety of responsibilities including execution, trading support, cash management and portfolio analytics for all floating rate loan portfolios. Jeff received a bachelor of science degree in business administration from the E. Craig Wall Sr. College of Business at Coastal Carolina University.

Aside from spending time with his family, he enjoys fly fishing, and skiing.
